#CounselorsHelp

To reflect on my recent tweet, I was stressed my junior year to the max. It was my first year to take dual credit courses on top of all the athletic teams I was apart of which lead to an extremely busy schedule. Mrs. Mallory was there with me every step of the way from planning courses to just being there when I needed someone to vent to about my anxiety. I never thought I could find someone outside my parents that would be so involved and caring about what I would do until I met this amazing woman and I am so glad that I had the chance to meet her. She always had her door open for me to answer any of my ridiculous questions that I had and would listen to me and help me cope with life an its many challenges. Being a first generation college student intimidated me and she was always supportive of me and helped me plan my future as well as encourage me to pursue my dream. This is a special woman to me and I can't thank her enough for what she did for me.
